Refund policy

General Policy:

·         All products are custom-made for you and are generally final sale, meaning we don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong sizes (check size charts!), or color variations. 

Quality Guarantee (Our Promise):

·         We stand by our quality! If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we'll make it right.

·         This includes: Wrong design printed, incorrect size/color sent (different from your order), smudged/blurry print, or holes/tears in the fabric. 

How to Request a Resolution (Photos Required!):

1.    Contact Us: Email us at clcal00@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.

2.    Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.

3.    Send Photos: Attach clear photos showing the defect or error on the product.

What We Cannot Refund/Replace:

·         Slight color differences (monitors vary).

·         Incorrect size ordered (always check size charts!).

·         Item doesn't match your personal expectation.

·         "Buyer's remorse" or simply not liking the design.
